And it’s been scientifically proven that in just one session alone it can make space for the calm you’ve been seek.

An Access Bars session or having your “bars run”, as it is often called, begins to release the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs and limiting programs that no longer serve you. During a session the 32 Bars points are lightly touched. This process begins to release the electromagnetic charge or polarity of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations and decisions as it is stored in your brain.

The running of bars release decisions about any area of your life that you have made solid, and as a result cannot change. They begin to dissolve judgment from within. This is not a cognitive process, what clears are those points of view buried deep in your subconscious, that you usually don't even realize you have. You don't have to know what is limiting you to clear it. You don't have to know when or why you created something in order to clear it. The best part is that Access Bars is backed by published scientific research. In 2015 leading neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey Fannin examined the neurological effects of the Access Bars. He discovered that Access Bars have a positive neurological effect on the recipient greater than those experienced by advanced meditators and it produced these results immediately. Endless data and research has proven to the results to be astounding!

Dr. Terrie Hope, PhD. DNM conducted scientific research on the effects of Access Bars® on anxiety and depression, published in the Journal of Energy Psychology in 2017. In summary The Bars were found to reduce stress and anxiety by 85% and depression by 82% in as little as one session. All participants showed an increase in brain coherence.

Dr. Hope also found that participants who, before the 90-minute Access Bars session, reported a sense of past failure, self-criticalness, loss of pleasure, and agitation, all reported 100% of these symptoms were resolved after the session.

It is a holistic complementary therapy that activates the body’s innate ability to self-heal. Access Bars complement any conventional or alternative treatment or therapy and have been found to increase the capacity and potency of other healing modalities. Having your Bars run tends to be a relaxing and nurturing process. At worst you'll feel like you've had a great massage. What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki Healing? Having your Bars run removes blocked energy out of the body while Reiki delivers energy into the body. While both modalities have the ability to induce a state of deep relaxation and clear negative energy, they use different techniques and are both highly effective for bringing you into a more awakened state of being.
